Go City boasts that it's the go-to place for people who want to go places. It has no problem, though, selling tickets to SeaWorld, whose cruel, archaic business model is built on keeping animals confined.
Free orcas can travel as far as 140 miles in a day. Other dolphins swim up to 60. At SeaWorld, these highly intelligent, social animals are packed into shallow, sterile tanks and denied the opportunity to satisfy their natural needs. Driven insane by unrelenting stress, they float listlessly or swim in endless circles. Lonely and frustrated, they break their teeth gnawing on the tanks' concrete walls.
SeaWorld was pressured into ending its deplorable orca-breeding program, but it still forcibly impregnates other dolphins, sometimes while they're drugged.
Dozens of businesses, including Airbnb, Booking.com, British Airways, United Airlines, Savings.com, Hyundai Motor America, and Taco Bell, have seen SeaWorld for what it is—a shameless animal exploiter—and distanced themselves from the sinking company. Families are staying away for the same reason.
Go City is supporting SeaWorld's cruelty by selling tickets to the abusement park. Please urge the company to help orcas, bottlenose dolphins, and other animals by ending the sales.
