Gone are the days when your best vegan option at a restaurant chain was piecing together various sides—unless you're at Chili's, which hasn't caught on to cruelty-free eating yet.

Unlike the vegan burgers available at Red Robin, The Cheesecake Factory, Yard House, Johnny Rockets, White Castle, Denny's, and other restaurants, Chili's black bean burger contains eggs and dairy ingredients—and so does its vegetarian menu, which focuses on ordering meat dishes without the meat. The chain can do better than that!

Please sign the petition asking Chili's to add more vegan options to its menu.

Chili's, please step up and add more vegan options to your menu. Google Trends shows that searches for "vegan" are now twice as popular as those for "vegetarian." Most new veggie burgers are vegan, and other businesses are offering all kinds of exciting new options, from the Gardein vegan chicken menu at Yard House to vegan meatballs at IKEA and vegan cheese at nearly 40 pizza chains across the U.S. We hope to hear from you soon that you will work to meet the growing demand for vegan food.
