URGENT: Ask Congress to Save Animals, Pass the FDA Modernization Act 3.0!

Time is running out on a crucial piece of legislation, the FDA Modernization Act 3.0 (HR 2821), and we URGENTLY need your help to ensure that the U.S. House of Representatives passes this bill.

The U.S. Senate has already passed the bill, but the House has yet to vote. We must get the House to pass it and send it to the President for his signature.

In 2022, Congress passed the FDA Modernization Act 2.0, which made clear that non-animal tests can be proposed to determine if a new drug is safe and effective. However, the Food and Drug Administration is dragging its feet. Making changes to the law has not translated into action by the FDA to support proposals to replace the use of animal tests. Passing the FDA Modernization Act 3.0 is a step in that direction.
