Action Alert

Dear Friend,

Last week, beluga whale Eos died—she was the 18th to die at Marineland of Canada since 2019.

In the ocean where she belonged, Eos may have lived for up to 60 years. The abusement park euthanized her at age 7 after she suffered a long battle with several medical conditions, including renal disease.

Beluga whales are curious, family-oriented animals who form complex social structures within their pods. They should never be exploited at cruel marine parks like Marineland of Canada.
