URGENT: Ask Congress to Save Animals, Pass the FDA Modernization Act 3.0!

Time is running out on a crucial piece of legislation, the FDA Modernization Act 3.0, and we URGENTLY need your help to ensure that the U.S. House of Representatives passes this bill.

The U.S. Senate has already passed the bill S 5046 but the House has yet to vote and Congress is set to adjourn soon. We must get the House to pass it this week and send it to the President for his signature.

This is a CRITICAL matter. Your participation is ESSENTIAL to save lives. Countless animals are tormented and killed in pointless experiments each year to test medications that then fail when they go to human trials.

But two years ago, Congress passed the FDA Modernization Act 2.0. It eliminated the animal-testing mandate that had been in place since the Great Depression.

However, the Food and Drug Administration is dragging its feet by not implementing the law. It's time for the FDA to put a plan in action for superior, animal-free science.
